Preventative Maintenance Service!

In order to ensure your apartment is in tip-top shape a member of our maintenance team will be servicing your HVAC system, checking plumbing and lighting fixutres and checking smoke detector batteries quarterly. You will recieve a personalized letter delivered to your door prior to your service date, if this scheduled date is not going to work for you please contact the leasing desk so that it may be re-scheduled. Remember, you do not have to be home for this Preventative Maintenance Service.
